Waitlist privacy notice · Last updated October 12, 2026

Synema isn't open yet. Right now the only personal information we collect is what you give us when you join the waitlist. Here's exactly what that means.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The date and time you joined.
• Your approximate country and browser language, so we know where interest comes from. We do not store your IP address.
• The link that brought you here, if it had one (for example, from our Instagram).

Why

To email you when Synema launches and send occasional product updates. We only do this because you ticked the box asking us to.

Who sees it

Only us. We don't sell, rent or share your email. Our site runs on our own server in the Netherlands, and Cloudflare protects and delivers it. When we start sending emails, we'll use an email delivery service bound by its own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or unsubscribe from any email we send.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you. Write to [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
